Yung illi, is a hard working, artist from Rock Hill SC.He started writing music at the age of 15, after Lil Wayne released the Carter III. The lyrical content of the album, influenced. the way he raps greatly. Now, Yung illi is 21 years of age, and now taking music seriously as for a career. He started taking music seriously at age 20. Yung illi has done some pretty big shows in history, and is networking and connecting with many record label execs, A&R's, and other artist. He will be performing at SXSW in March of 2016, Cochella in 2016, has performed at CIAA in Charlotte NC, performed at road to BET Talent show, and has performed at many smaller venues and clubs are North Carolina and South Carolina. Yung illi has two singles he plan on pushing, they are named "I'm On It" and "Exotic" but also has many more singles and has a mixtape out called "This Ain't Even My Mixtape" that is getting a great response from listeners. Yung illi also is to be in XXL Magazine, in the freshman edition. His influences are, Jay-Z, Lil Wayne, Big Sean, Drake, J. Cole, and many of the 1990's rappers. His family and friends push him to be the best artist he can be, coming from a lower class family, looking to take care of them, with his talents. Yung illi, makes his own marketing plans, records his own music, talks to record labels himself, and promotes his own music.
