The Tyler Steel Band

With influences ranging from George Strait and Garth Brooks to Stevie Ray Vaughan and Lynyrd Skynyrd, the Tyler Steel Band has a style all their own. With a sound slightly reminiscent of a mix of Cross Canadian Ragweed and Florida Georgia Line, they are sure to keep you on your feet. In 2013, Tyler Steel teamed up with Jeffry Don on rhythm guitar and Dillon Pirkle on lead guitar to lay the foundation for what today is the Tyler Steel Band. With several months of writing, closed session practices, and a direction determined for the band, they began to look for the right people to bring on board. In the spring of 2014, they added Robert Briley on bass and in August of the same year, they brought in Romeo Romero on drums, completing the band. For the guys, the band is so much more than just a band - it is a family. They love to get together and put on a good show. High energy, emotional, down-to-earth country music with a Texas feel, a Tyler Steel Band show leaves the crowd wanting more night after night. In June 2014, they went to Fort Worth Sound to record their debut single Summertime with award - winning producer Bart Rose behind the controls. With Summertime becoming such a smash hit and the comfort level that Bart consistently provides at Fort Worth Sound, the guys returned to record their 2nd single Dance Tonight and will be completing their album soon.
