Bio
Dallas/Fort Worth based band:
THE WHISKEY PROPHETS
are rocking country band with big vocals and rock spirit, delivering a sweet-ass blend of Texas Music.
With obvious influences from country, rock & blues, The Whiskey Prophets blend these into a high energy, sweat drenched show of thick southern, soulful music.
The band was created in 2010 by singer/song-writer Brad Roberson and despite a few roster changes; The Whiskey Prophets have gained some real momentum in their genre and have become a major act in the Texas music scene. While enjoying regional success throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and
Kansas; the Whiskey Prophets have also been afforded the opportunity to share the stage with some of the industry's biggest national acts. Some of those acts include:
Jason Boland and the Stragglers, Chris Knight, Cody Johnson, Cody Canada & The Departed, Brandon Jenkins, Whiskey Meyers, Reckless Kelly, Shooter Jennings and many more.
Among their accolades, The Whiskey Prophets have
also seen radio success. In 2016 the Whiskey Prophets were heavily featured in Texas Radio market with their first single "My Love Ain't Enough" riding the charts for 26 consecutive weeks and climbing to #45.
The band is deeply committed to making original music and since their arrival on the scene in 2010, they've produced 3 full-length albums. “Regrets, Rehab, and a Refill” was released in 2011, followed by "Recoil" in 2013 and "Gasoline Diary" in 2015.
