Born, Joseph Miller, upcoming artist, Tha G.I.C , is ready to make his mark on this world of music. The North Carolina native is proud of where he is from and vows to always keep Rutherford County front and center in his heart and his music.
Tha G.I.C is a founding member of the Hip Hop collaborative, Black Souljas. He states that one of the biggest missions of his group is to bring back the “realness” in hip hop—a feature that many agree is missing in Hip Hop, today.
He cites artists like 2pac, Bone Thugs n Harmony, and Outkast as some of his strongest influences. “These rappers understand the importance of lyrics over gimmicks,” says Tha G.I.C of these Hip Hop icons.
