Our mission statement: Inter City Row Modern Dance Company & Cultural Arts Institute is a community based, student centered organization, committed to providing access to sequential and comprehensive training in dance, music, and theater to people of all ages and abilities, without regards to race, color, creed, or national origin. Giving each student the opportunity for open creative expression and performance experience. The Board of Directors makes a concerted effort to insure classes are affordable, accessible, and available to at risk youth , low to moderate income families, and under-served populations.
