Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Royal Ciarah (Suu-Raa), also known as CiCi, started rapping just a few short months ago with her father who is also an Inspirational artist. Royal Ciarah (Suu-Raa) got her name from being brought up with a Kingdom mindset and mentality. She was raised with a purpose to inspire her generation and many others through music, dancing and acting.
