Bio
Founded as a high school solo project by frontwoman Erica Butts, Rest Ashore has evolved over time to a full-fledged math rock outfit. Over the years, they have pushed their skills and boundaries to make every single second worth listening to.
The Human Error (2016) began their journey from indie/alternative, while Pornoviolence (2017) cemented their sound as eclectic, progressive musicians with relatable punk roots. Since then Rest Ashore has performed with acts such as Palm, Delta Sleep, Vundabar, Frankie Cosmos, Snail Mail. They hope to spread energy and the power-of-the-present with every performance.
