Platinum Disturbia

Platinum Disturbia is a one-man (er, woman) Punk Rock band, formed by Bassist/Vocalist - Rhiannon Marie.
Hailing from the Central Coast in California, we play mostly original tunes, but like to bring in some really awesome covers for live performances. We are currently building a fan base as we have recently renovated the group. Now, with the help of an ever-changing group of local musicians, we are ready to hit the pubs, clubs, bars, and what-have-you, to make our musical debut.
We write our own shit...we cuss...a lot, we laugh, we yell, we have a lot of fun. Basically, we love music. And we want to play music, and make a living playing music.

Member Bio:

With 17 years of musical experience – from Saxophone to guitar, theatrical singing, and finally, electric bass – Rhiannon Marie has learned a thing or two about music. Mainly the never-ending drive and desire to play it (aka: “Musician’s Curse”). Along the way, she also discovered a penchant for storytelling, writing, performing, and entertaining. Rhiannon Marie formed two previous bands in LA, for which she also played Bass and sang lead. For this Jazz baby-gone-punk, music is the question, the answer, and everything in between.
