Bio
Nick Anocibar is a drum set player born and raised in Southern California
He enjoys playing in churches and competing with his Award winning drumline.
He also has a soft spot for playing rock gigs with friends and playing jazz and R&B gigs at bars and local events.
Nick started playing drum set when he was 5 and is currently 20 years old. He started taking lessons immediately to have guidance and take the craft seriously.
He recently has been playing with numerous singers, bands, and has also been recording for artists even internationally.
He also teaches private lessons to his students in the mix of his school and rehearsal schedule.
Currently I am competing with my world class drumline,(Pulse Percussion) going to the Los Angeles College of music to get my Bachelor’s degree, and playing at my church of 4 years.
Goals: In the next two years I would firstly like to have completed my time at LACM and have my bachelors degree. I would also like to be playing more shows with bands and singers to be able to have more performances under my name and build experience and connections with bandmates. Thirdly, I would like to be more noticed by one of the companies I use and enjoy on a more professional documented level.
