Mirada Guitar Duo is a jazz guitar duo consisting of guitarists Tony Song and Jun Lee. Tony and Jun have been good friends and have been playing together in a duo setting for 8+ years. Both scholarship students from Berklee College of Music, they have performed and lived together in Boston, New York City, and finally settled in the Bay Area.
Combining unique influences, sensitive interplay, and breathtaking improvisational techniques, Mirada Guitar Duo plays a variety of musical styles from sizzling bebop to heart-wrenching ballads, reminiscent of Jim Hall/Pat Metheny and Jimmy Raney/Doug Raney. Plus, they have a great time doing it!
