Northern California Based Guitarist and Singer/Songwriter.; Performing and Recording Primarily as a Power Trio; Showcasing Original Blues, Roots Rock'n'Roll, and Americana.
Michael Russell has performed as a session guitarist for many northern California based acts including Chad Bushnell, The Lolos (Bass Guitar), Erin Haley and Firefly, Bradley Relf and Family 4 the Night, Jeremy Crossley, Dakota Cree and many more. The Russell Turner Ward and Big Chico Creek were also groups founded by Michael Russell as a Singer, Songwriter, and Guitarist. In the Fall of 2017, Michael Russell is now releasing his debut original album, 'Six Strings Away' co-produced with Engineer/Songwriter Ian Parent.
