LOC BARZ Was Born In Hampton, VA and spent Majority of his child hood life in Knoxville, TN. During his young teenage years he moved back to Hampton, VA and got inspired to make hip hop music so he linked up with some fellow members and created a label called Scramble Entertainment and put out 3 of the most highly anticipated mix tape album that would later be nominated for local hip hop awards, LOC BARZ and few other members of Scramble Entertainment took their talents and soared to the Southern Music Mecca of USA Atlanta, GA where they would then take their career a step further but instead took a turn for the worse, after some discrepancies with members of the label the Scramble Legacy slowly turned to dust , but through the burning ashes arose a phoenix by the name of LOC BARZ who began perfecting his solo
