Discography
American singer-songwriter Lauren Torres has released three mixtapes, one EP, thirteen singles, and four music videos. In February 2017, while in college, she self-released her debut mixtape From Here On Out via SoundCloud, accompanied by her debut music video for the single track, “Lullaby.” “Lullaby,” amassed 40,000 streams on SoundCloud in the first few months and garnered radio play in Australia. Later that year, Lauren Torres signed a one-year contract with an independent record label, with which she released her second mixtape, When All Else Fails, in July 2018. In that same year, she collaborated on singles, “Spark It Up,” featuring Gucci Mane, “Real Ones,” featuring ¡Mayday!, and “T.W.D,” featuring Lil Wayne. Additionally, Lauren Torres recorded the hook for the 2018 single release produced by Hopsin, “I Am,” which has since garnered just under 1,000,000 streams on Spotify. In 2019, she recorded the hook on “Hoodlums,” a single featuring Raekwon and Twiztid, released by Canadian record label, Reel Wolf. In 2019, amid the end of her one year contract, she chose to once again self-release her music as a fully independent artist. On Valentine’s Day, 2020, she released her third mixtape, “Monotone,” followed by the June release, “LOLO,” a four-track EP with accompanying music video, “Lose.” The music video was officially selected in the first annual “FLOW Film Festival and Market” in 2020, and played before a live virtual audience across the country.

Bio
Encouraged by her parents to explore her musical pursuits, she began crafting her stealthily soulful vocals. Inspired by legends like Stevie Wonder and Etta James, and intrigued by new opportunities for musicians in the digital age, Torres began her music career in 2016 with her independent, sultry single-release and accompanying music video, “Lullaby.” Torres received moderate success with her 2017 debut mixtape, “From Here on Out,” garnering 100,000+ streams as well as radio play in Australia.
Upon graduating with her Bachelors in Music Business in late 2017, Torres signed a one-year contract with independent record label, Red Label Records. In 2018, she released “When All Else Fails,” a mixtape, produced primarily of hip hop beats, with Reggae/R&B influences. She also collaborated on tracks featuring Gucci Mane, and embarked on east and west coast tours of the US.
In 2019, motivated to get back to her R&B roots and to push herself artistically, Torres released one single a month, for a total of 12 songs. On February 14, 2020, the artist released her third mixtape, "Monotone," quickly followed by a 4-track EP, "LOLO." Compared to artists like Alicia Keys, JoJo, and Ashanti, Lauren Torres is busy working to one day achieve an incomparable sound.
