Governor is solely responsible for putting Western Kentucky on the hip-hop map. The 25 year old hails from the back roads of Paducah, a small river city located on the Ohio River. Governor's music is deeply rooted in emotion, detailing the struggle that comes from having big aspirations while living in a small town. His music is infectious, it's catchy and it's real.
