Summary
Wildy's World, a blog run by Wildy Haskell, is dedicated to getting the word out about great music, whether you are an unsigned/indie artist, a major label act, or a weekend warrior with a demo and no idea where to start! They know the music business is difficult these days, and any publicity is good publicity, and they think they can help you out.
There are 70 or so reviews up right now written since the start of 2008, and theres always room for new submissions. In a little over four months the blog has grown to 250+ hits per week, encompassing the US, Canada and 25 other countries internationally. He is advertising aggressively and constantly trying to find new recordings to review. Reviews take 1-2 weeks after the disk is receive, as he likes to live with the music for a little while before issuing a review.
Wildys philosophy on reviews is that he doesnt believe in writing negative ones; if he has nothing nice to say then he wont say anything. He does believe in giving a push to projects/bands/artists that he likes or finds value in. Wildy will be constructive certainly, but never cruel.
