(TMA) is committed to providing the very best in development and management support for artists, ministries, and other businesses needing professional services so they can focus on what they do best. They have over 25 years of experience in church and ministry business administration, Christian education, and in the management and administration of tours (domestic & international), events of all kinds, non-profit consultation services, and artist administration and management.
They are actively expanding their roster and are looking for Christian artists who (a) are just getting started and need artist development, OR (b) who are already established and touring full-time and need management.
TMA customizes its development and management plans for each client to provide support in these areas:
- Oversee new project development (pre-production, music arranging & charting, studio time, packaging and post-production, etc.)
- Branding and logo development
- Registration of music with CCLI (Christian Copyright Licensing Inc.) if applicable
- Registration of recorded music with SoundScan
- Scheduling (the administration of bookings); follow-up on contacts provided by artist
- National retail distribution of your products (digital, dotcom, and on-shelf)
- Image Consulting
- Merchandise Development
- Preparing and executing customized contracts and riders
- Coordinating travel for artist and entourage (including air travel, hotel, ground transportation & food)
- Ongoing maintenance (updating) of existing website
- Showcase opportunities with other artists at national events

- Development of marketing and promotions materials

Many times the artist (or band) is not sure if he/she needs a manager, a booking agent, or just a plan (or all three!). TMA's Music Industry Consultation provides the client with the specific steps they need to take to become successful in ministry and in the music industry. The Music Industry Consultation is like a private industry-insider mini-conference. Rather than taking your entire team to a tense, two-hour meeting with a record company A&R rep, or attending an impersonal music development training event (with expenses including conference registrations, travel, etc.), the industry-insider comes to you.
The consultation is designed to help artists develop their calling as musicians into a legitimate, financially secure career path. During the consultation TMA spends 10-12 hours of personal, one-on-one consultation time with the artist or band in their city, developing a personalized management and development plan designed to specifically meet their career goals. TMA covers over seven major areas important for a successful career as a touring artist, from developing a vision and mission statement, to recording a CD, artist branding, bookings, marketing & promotions, fund-raising, developing a career as a touring musician, etc.
