Created in 2022, the Stone Circle Theatre, a Creative and Cultural Arts Center, located in the historic Ridgewood Presbyterian Church in the community of Ridgewood Queens, offers a fantastic live music venue in our newly renovated, open floor design space.
Stone Circle Theatre welcomes artists of ALL AGES. We offer an alcohol free environment (we are an alcohol free venue).
We're currently looking for new or established bands to play on various nights! Availability and open slots change constantly, apply today and we will find the best time that works for all!
The Opportunity
Stone Circle Theatre, Inc. is a not-for-profit Creative and Cultural Performing Arts venue located in Ridgewood, NYC (Queens).

Our Vision at Stone Circle Theatre is to provide a safe, welcoming , inclusive space for our neighbors, artists, and performers to do their thing! We define our neighbors as anyone who is alive today in this world. This is a non-judgement, no age restrictive venue that encourages laughter, smiles, and a good time!
We are an alcohol free venue, which opens our availability to any age.
The Band
- We're looking for bands of all ages that play original music.
- WE LOVE: Jazz, Classical, Country, Electronic, Blues, Indie rock, funk, Ambient, Acoustic, Instrumental, Experimental, and Musical Theatre. We have an organ!
- Bands must be willing to promote heavily if chosen to play.
- Bands must have a solid online presence.
- All acts applying must meet the criteria that we look for, lyrics, stage presence, style, and artists must have a fanbase.
The Gig
- We're very interested in booking local talent that has a very strong following.
- We have THREE available spaces:
- Our main venue has a 250 capacity, so we're looking for established regional and nationally touring bands that can draw and are comfortable playing for large crowds.
- Our first floor venue has a 250 capacity, and is your basic "church basement" venue. There is a stage and sound system.
- The Underground Lounge, a 75 person venue is located, underground! This is a great venue for smaller, intimate acts.
- Pay is based on guarantees and sometimes door deals
- We're looking for bands Thursday - Sunday.
- We supply a full backline and sound system
- All artists can sell merch onsite sales
- Artists have full access to the green room.
- Bands are able to sell merch on-site
