Defalco Presents: Play the MoBeat Series at Brooklyn Bowl 

Brooklyn Bowl is a music venue, bowling alley, and restaurant in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. It is known for its high-tech green construction and variety of musical acts. In 2013 Rolling Stone named Brooklyn Bowl the 20th best music club in America. Brooklyn Bowl is currently looking for Sonicbids artists this summer and early fall.

 Doug DeFalco started as an assistant booker at Southpaw in 2002 and worked there until it's closing in 2012. Created the famous Pool Parties Series at McCarren Pool as well as the epic Rational Animals GIMME SHELTER 2006 concert with The Beastie Boys, Blondie and others. DeFalco Presents continues to book/promote shows at venues all over Brooklyn as well as Manhattan. DEFALCO PRESENTS continues to book shows for The Brooklyn Night Bazaar, The Riis Park Beach Bazaar, and the MoBeat Series at Brooklyn Bowl. Brooklyn Bowl.

 This is an amazing opportunity for local and nationally touring artists. If you have an amazing sound and looking to gain a wider audience, this is the gig for you!

We're looking for bands of all genres that play original music. We love Rock, Jazz, Folk, Jam Bands, Acoustic, Country, Hip-Hop, Blues and Soul acts, but we're open to all genres if it's good music

Bands must be actively playing shows 

Bands must be willing to heavily promote the show if chosen to play

Bands are able to sell merch on-site

All acts applying must meet the criteria that we look for, lyrics, stage presence, style and artists must have a fanbase

 We are looking for acts that fit with our vibe of the venue and the bill. Artists that apply need to be able to bring a fan base to the events. It's a large venue and demands artists with a following. Although there is some walk-up traffic, we want artists to contribute themselves. 

 Gigs are paid based on door deals/ticket splits/guarantees all dependent on the show itself. Brooklyn Bowl also gives food and drinks tickets to the band. 

This is also a great opportunity for local, regional up and coming acts to get more visibility. If you're looking to get involved with this show, meet other artists and gain new fans, this is the gig for you!
