The Long Island Radio Group consists of 6 of Long Island, New York's top radio stations: WMJC, WRCN, B103, KJOY, WHLI and LOVE 96.1. For this gig, the Long Island Radio Group will be reviewing submissions and selecting 15 artists for 3 of their online streaming stations: WMJC, WRCN and B103./n/nThe Long Island Radio Group consists of 6 of Long Island's top radio stations: WMJC, WRCN, B103, KJOY, WHLI and LOVE 96.1. For this gig, the Long Island Radio Group will be reviewing submissions and selecting 15 artists for 3 of their online streaming stations: WMJC, WRCN and B103.

If selected, your track will be played a minimum of 5 times, Monday - Sunday from 6am-midnight on any or all 3 of the stations' streaming simulcasts. All music will be reviewed by the resepective station's programming department, as well as the producer and hosts of “Unlabeled: Where Unsigned Local Music Lives” on WMJC.

Music ranging from Pop, Rock, Alternative, and Indie will be considered. All songs submitted must be 4 minutes or shorter in length and artists can be from anywhere (geographically). Both indie, signed, or unsigned bands are welcome to submit their music.

WMJC

Playing the best Mix of the 80s, 90s, & now, 94.3 WMJC Long Island’s Hot AC station prides itself on being local, with local Long Island community-related content, events, and information. WMJC is the home of “Unlabeled: Where Unsigned Local Music Lives” airing every Sunday night from 10-11pm on-air and streaming worldwide. This show features unsigned and indie bands from Long Island, as well as bands and artists from across the country and around the world. Unlabeled is the only show of its kind in the New York Metro area that devotes a full hour on-air every week to playing unsigned music.

WRCN

WRCN is a classic rock station with over 125,000 listeners. Most listeners have said, “I grew up listening to The Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin and The Doors on WRCN and I still do”. The station is strong in both morning and afternoon drive times and features specialty programming on the weekends hosted by Twisted Sister front man Dee Snider. Since 2006 WRCN has partnered with the New York JETS to bring Central and Eastern Long Islanders NFL football. All 20 JETS  games are heard on 103.9FM starting with a 2 hour pre game show and ending 1 hour after the game with the JETS Radio Network post game show.
