Summary
Thread+Story is seeking up to 10 Sonicbids artists to be featured in the pilot of its new SAG New Media television series. Selected artists will be promoted in the credits of the episode.
The Opportunity
Thread+Story recently finished production of a SAG New Media Pilot and is looking for new music to sync. The show is cross between SKINS UK, Palo Alto and a contemporary version of the O.C., featuring an extremely talented cast of actors with a combined social media following of 650k+. Post-production of the pilot has begun, and already has a great deal of preliminary interest. The show will be primarily distributed on free-consumer New Media platforms.
The Band
- Preferred genres include alternative, indie rock, power pop, hip hop, alternative rock, experimental rock, trap, and rap
- Independent music with broadcast quality, high production value and commercial viability for mass distribution is welcome and will be reviewed
- The tone of the submitted song should fit a California-beach vibe
The Gig

- The show's average expected demographic is women and men aged 13-19
- The show's immediate need is for indie music on a gratis, non-exclusive usage basis with artist credit given in the pilot episode
