FELT Boston - True Music Thursdays

FELT True Music Thursdays showcase both local and national acts each week. Live music takes place on the first level, which is an intimate lounge/restaurant with a stage and in-house sound system. Felt offers 4 floors of entertainment: 2 floors of billiards, DJ's/dancing on the 4th level, full dinner menu, and a great location in Downtown Boston, directly adjacent to the Opera House.

Felt has featured hundreds of Boston-based bands since this series began. Some national performances include Lenny Kravitz, Howie Day, Lisa Loeb, Edwin McCain, Los Lobos, Toby Lightman, The Click Five, Lukas Rossi(Rockstar Supernova), Ryan Cabrera, Frickin' A, Carbon Leaf, Paolo Nutini, Charlotte Martin, Sophie B. Hawkins, Sib & Barry of BOSTON, The Alternate Routes, Jeffrey Gaines, Pete Francis of Dispatch, DJ AM and many others. Felt has also hosted afterparties and special events for U2, The Black Eyed Peas, Mark Wahlberg(Four Brothers and Shooter Premiere Parties), Gavin Degraw, Ashley Judd, Dave Matthews Band, Ben Affleck, The "Rock", Peter Gabriel, Kiss Concert afterparty, WBOS Earthfest afterparty, Patriots/ Celtics/Red Sox players, MTV's Laguna Beach and Real World cast members.

True Music Thursday features bands every Thursday night starting at 9pm. All events are 21+. Artists submitting MUST have played Boston shows before. We mainly book 2-3 acts each night with 45 minute sets. We do not typically have "opening" or "headliner "slots, so each act is responsible for promoting and bringing their own fanbase. Please only submit if you have recent Boston-show history, recent press/radio is also preferred. Each act is required to enter venue/billing/ticket count information, so please be able to confidently draw a 21+ crowd.

Genres accepted: Rock, Pop, Singer/Songwriter, Acoustic, Americana, Alternative, Funk, Jazz/Blues, occasional cover bands.

Do NOT submit if you are: Heavy Metal, Hip-Hop, Punk, Track Act as these genres do not fit our typical crowd or room layout well.

Felt will supplies sound system, experienced sound tech, drinks/waters for bands, and buys ads for shows. Exact deal points will depend on the bill.
