Cypress Grill @ Lake Blackshear Resort (Aug - Nov '10)

Cypress Grill is owned and operated by the Georgia Department of Natural Resources on the grounds of Georgia Memorial State Park and Lake Blackshear Resort & Golf Club. It opened in April 2006 and continues to be one of South Georgia's best all around entertainment locations right on the waterfront. Typically acts are booked months in advance. This is a partially outdoor venue and thus it is seasonal venue booking from April through October. Local draw is preferred but not mandatory. There are already many acts selected through Sonicbids that continue to perform year after year.



Past performers include Zac Brown Band, Shawn Mullins, Kevn Kinney, Angie Aparo, Col. Bruce Hampton, Kinchafoonee Cowboys, Wayne Mills Band.

Set lengths typically are two (2) seventy-five (75) minute sets beginning at 9:30 pm. All backline is the responsibility of the band. They provide a full PA (sound & lights) as well as an in-house sound engineer. All bands must advance stage plot and input list with Production manager a minimum of three days before their scheduled performance.
