Don't miss your LAST CHANCE to submit to the 2010 Cavendish Beach Music Festival, which combines the worlds greatest "country" music talent. Reba McEntire and Tim McGraw performed last year. This festival is the largest and only multiple day Country Music Festival in the Maritimes. Selected artist will be compensated up to $1,000 with lodging. Specifics will be determined on a case-by-case basis./n/nThe performances at this second year event are scheduled for July 8-11, 2010, making this festival the largest and only multiple day Country Music Festival in the Maritimes. Last year's performers include Tim McGraw, Reba McEntire, Big & Rich, Doc Walker, Paul Brandt and Aaron Lines.
The 2010 Cavendish Beach Music Festival combines the worlds greatest "country" music talent performing live in the breathtaking Avonlea Village of Cavendish Beach, thereby linking the viewers to their favorite artists in a landmark location that typically would be visited only in their "dreams."
Selected artists will be used to support the national headliners on the "Main" stage, and/or performances in the intimate settings of the "Pub" stage. Selected artist will be compensated up to $1,000 with lodging. Specifics will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
In addition to the artists' live performances, Cavendish Beach and Prince Edward Island will showcase the history of the region and culture that surrounds it. Adjacent to the festival grounds are acres of beautiful camping areas, facilities, and of course some of the worlds most magnificent beaches and surroundings.
Producers expect to broaden the genres of music included in the 2010 Cavendish Beach Music Festival.
