In 2010, more than 225,000 visitors enjoyed 150 musical acts on 6 stages, 150 fine artists, 45 restaurants, and many activities for the family./n/nThe 2011 Arts, Beats & Eats will be held in Downtown Royal Oak. In 2010, more than 225,000 visitors enjoyed 150 musical acts on 6 stages, 150 fine artists, 45 restaurants, and many activities for the family. Arts, Beats & Eats is a special weekend that celebrates the quality of life in Oakland Country and supports local charities. A minimum of 15 Sonicbids artists will be selected to perform at the 2011 Arts, Beats & Eats.
Why submit to Arts Bearts & Eats 2011:
- Compensation ranges between $100 and $800 per band to be determined by festival at the time of booking.
- Out of state bands will receive food tickets for hospitality and may receive lodging if needed.
- Bands are encouraged to sell merchandise and keep 100% of the proceeds.
Previous noteworthy performers include Joan Jett, Puddle of Mudd, Brian McKnight, Chevelle, Gin Blossoms, Chaka Khan, Candlebox, Blake Shelton, Blues Traveler, Rusted Root, Los Lobos, the B-52s and more.
