All new sign-ups will come with a Musician Profile and an EPK Profile otherwise known as your EPK. Your Musician Profile is your user account. You'll appear from our Find Musicians page and would potentially be messaged by other bands/musicians, looking for you to play in their bands or collaborate on their projects. If you're not interested, you can always set your Musician Profile to 'Private'.
Public vs Private
Private means only you can view your musician profile and blocked to the general public. If you select your profile to Public, that means you will show up in our Musician Tools section after logging-in and opened to view by anyone that has your Musician Vanity URL. Google can also index your musician profile to show up in public searches.
The options showing what your profile is set to is shown below:

Building your Profile
Once you start your account with Sonicbids, you'll be prompted to create your Musician Profile. This will be your user account and information detailing your log-in at Sonicbids.com. You'll appear on our Find Musicians page and would potentially be messaged by other artists looking for new bandmates or to collaborate on their projects. The Musician Profile is free and not tied to any subscriptions.
Find your Musician Profile through your Dashboard page or by clicking the menu on the top right corner of your log-in page.
Add information about yourself, list your instrumental skills or the type of opportunities you may be interested in. You've got a space to add a description, as well as, creating your a Vanity URL, which is your dedicated Sonicbids web address for your Musician profile.
If you want to see how your profile looks to anyone else, you can click on the View Profile button.
