Joel Gorman, aka DJ Donuts, is a Seattle-based DJ and producer with almost two decades of experience bringing unforgettable energy to dance floors, patios, and even living rooms. Known for his eclectic sets, DJ Donuts is more than a mix master—he’s a musical chameleon, seamlessly blending genres to create one-of-a-kind experiences that keep audiences on their toes.
Joel’s journey has seen him sharing the stage with icons like Redman, opening for legends like The Crystal Method and Warren G, and holding weekly residencies in some of the most vibrant nightclubs Washington has to offer. In 2024, he took the stage at Boo Seattle for Insomniac Events, further solidifying his place in the scene. A master at reading the crowd, he plays whatever the F he wants—from deep, drippy bass music to classic crowd pleasures, bringing both hype and surprise to every set.
Joel’s talents don’t stop at DJing; with degrees in classical guitar performance and audio engineering, he’s a seasoned musician and multi-instrumentalist, producing beats and performing in various bands. His diverse skill set and deep musical knowledge offer an experience that’s rarely found in DJ culture.
