DiCipher (January 22, 1990) was born and raised in Waterbury, CT. DiCipher has been writing and recording music for 13 years. After releasing tons of cover songs and mixtapes, DiCipher decided to focus on creating his own sound and music. February 2016, DiCipher released his first all original project "Procrastination". On Sept. 12, DiCipher released a new single "Diamond in the Rough" and is currently using that to build momentum for his future projects.
