Bio
Desiree Segura (b. 1986) - a native of Torrance, CA, this West Coast girl has friends and family who will happily attest to Dez establishing her vocal talent before she could speak. Guided by her intuition, she joined a local children’s choir and effectively established her ability to sight-read. After graduating from Dallas High School (Dallas, OR), she found herself pioneering as one of the founding members of ‘DIVINE’, Oregon State University’s first all-female a capella ensemble. She moved to San Antonio in 2013 and although she can also skillfully play the djembe and bongos, Dez’s true gift lies in her vocal register and demonstrates this in their recently-released EP “Painted Skies”.
Greg Galindo (b. 1980) - a native of ‘Military City USA’, this multi-talented musician has well-established roots in San Antonio. After graduating from South San Antonio High School, he committed to the entertainment industry by completing his Bachelor’s of Music degree from Berklee College of Music, located in Boston, MA. While an undergraduate, Greg took from his early-influences of Stevie Ray Vaughan and Steve Vai and joined a band with Jim Dunlop in New England, named “Plaid Daddy”. Channeling his eclectic musical talent with guitar, piano, bass and drums, Greg feels gratified when audiences connect to the upbeat and soulful groove during his performances.
