De Cetia composed electronic music for over 20 years, and treat each track with a ritualistic calm and often after a meditation period.
Each song of this album creates a moody, dark soundscape, featuring ambiance not often heard in the mainstream.
People who have described his music have described it as extremely intellectual, confusing, strange, and delicate. His music is for existing fans of drone genres, ambient and Electro, as well as people who have been turned onto the style by artists such as La Monte Young or Ryuichi Sakamoto, or popular television shows like NBC's Hannibal.
De Cetia is crazy about sounds and always carry a recorder in his pocket. The sound of his life is the sound of his music. A door, a car, the beach, birds, computer crash, many noise that inspire De Cetia’s creativity.
His new album REWORKED is not merely a merge of new age and Ambient, but a sound full of poetic noises and romantic lamentation. It's very difficult to compare De Cetia's music to others. That's what makes De Cetia exciting and fresh for our ears. He plays minimal and experimental electronic with cinematic sounds.
