Circle The City

Circle The City is a four piece alternative rock band from Sarnia, Canada. The group features Riley Thompson (Vocals/Rhythm Guitar), Harold Collins (Guitar), Nathan Yeadon (Bass) and Jesse Mootrey (Drums/Percussion). Circle the City is a blend of Influences such as I Mother Earth, The Mars Volta, Fleetwood Mac and Rush, with the common goal to make music that stands out. If you're a fan of sultry jazz vocals, melodic thoughtful guitars, funky jazz breakdowns and pounding bass and drums, you’ll definitely want to take notice.

Circle The City’s newest release “Home” has a smooth and laidback sound that has an early 90’s alternative vibe to it. The ragged guitar riffs give the track texture and allows for that alternative grit take form. Riley Thompson’s vocals are soothing yet to provoke the listener to want to lean in to hear more. The bass line is what really makes this track so cohesive and easy to put on your Spotify playlist. The percussion also adds a kick to the track especially giving the guitar solo an extra boost.
