Bio
I’m Chris, a singer/songwriter from Boston. I grew up just north of the city in a little seaside town called Swampscott, went to school in Boston, and I’m still living here (they can’t get rid of me here). I remember as a little kid playing piano and singing all the time, looking for every opportunity to make people listen to me — that hasn’t exactly changed. I write songs about whatever I’m thinking about, often giving myself pep talks or writing about the great, scary, exciting, or sometimes-shitty situations and feelings that come with life. I would describe my music as equal parts Sara Bareilles and Ed Sheeran, with a bit of John Legend where I can muster his sexy, soulful ish.
I currently have one EP out called “Rise”, and it features the first four songs I ever wrote. I’m also in the process of releasing a second EP called "First To Speak", which will be out on June 18th!
