“His style is pop/rock, but his songs twist and turn around long-forgotten corners -- bends in the road we've long since passed. And surely, those are the je ne sais quoi that should not remain silent.” - The Beacon

Bio
A fresh new voice in the Pop/Folk genre, Brandon Crockers signature single, Lazy Day, invites you to join him on a peaceful, sunny day floating on the water, leaving all cares and troubles behind. You can almost feel the water lapping against your boat as you drift gently along. ? ?A Chicago native, but raised on southern ground, Brandon has been influenced from all genres of music. Beginning in music ever since his school days as a cellist and singer in Choir, Brandon eventually found his passion for the guitar and for writing and has never looked back.
Brandon's voice is soothing and familiar as that of James Taylor and yet his interesting chord progressions, rhythm and lyricsinfluenced by artists such as Jack Johnson, Jason Mraz, and John Mayercombine to create a very unique sound.
While music is an essential creative freedom for Brandon, writing has always been the core of his music and his creativity. "I love to tell stories, says Brandon." "Sometimes its a humorous event that sparks a song, and sometimes I like to write a song purely based on the feeling of a moment. I don't see myself as much of a musician and I do a writer."
Brandon has performed all over the southeast for venues such as, Auburn University, American Cancer Society, American Diabetes Association, Grove Park Inn, Harrah's Cherokee Casino. Brandon has also been the opening show for Chubby Checker and Creedence Clearwater Revival.
Brandon's new self-released Acoustic EP "Lazy Day" is now available on iTunes and Amazon music stores.
