His style can be compared to a wide range of hip-hop music like JID, 50 Cent, J Cole, Snoop Dogg, and many more. Still, his music is organic and hard to put in a box.
Nicapella started rapping in college. I never really wanted to rap though. It started as freestyling as friends. He recorded his 1st song in 2016. Years after he decided to make another song after taking a break. He went to the army and people started hearing his music and were surprised that he wasn't taking it seriously at the time. His friends then bought him a laptop and all of his equipment to push him and support him to pursue music. Currently, he's been more consistent in writing and recording in the studio with an EP on all platforms as well as a New one on the way.
