An energetic country band out of southern Texas, Big Valley blends the unique sound of Texas singer-songwriters like Robert earl keen and Jerry Jeff Walker, with the attitude of red dirt music. The band is fronted by singer and guitarist Cash Byers and includes Bassist Jason Weister, pianist Sam Cappo, Fiddler Chase Borne, guitarist Zach McNeill and Pedal steel guitarist Sam Norris, the group pays homage to traditional Texas country while drawing inspiration from musical influences ranging from classic rock, bluegrass, blues, jazz, and folk. Big Valley released its first single Sundown in September of 2019 and their new EP, Small-Town, TX, will be out on October 9th.
