Bio
Born and raised in Atlanta, Ga, Zander grew up heavily influenced in all types of music.
Having his father (Michael Bastedo) as professional musician definitely meant music coursed threw his veins. He began playing guitar around 12 years of age and immediately began writing instrumentals. It wasn't until early 2009 that he started writing and singing lyrics. Within a few short months he wrote and recorded a few songs, and then realized that he had found his desired career.
Heavily influenced by artists such as Anthony Green of Circa Survive, Jesse Lacey of Brand New, Kevin Devine, Dallas Green of City and Colour, and many many more.
Zander has been told that he will surely "get somewhere" in the music industry, and firmly believes it himself.
