Zach Macko

Catching the ears of producers like Peter Wade (Lindsay Lohan, Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony), Craig Bauer (Kanye West), and Steve Morales (Christina Aguilera), Zach Macko is creating quite a reputation for himself as a songwriter. After two years of recording at 303 Studios in New York with producer Charles Cale, he released his debut album
"Songs From My Room."
With his soothing acoustic guitar and through his heartfelt lyrics, Macko tells the stories of his small-town life and experiences in a way that makes the listener feel right at home. He paints the perfect picture of young love in songs like “Paradise” and “The Words” and then can evoke vivid memories of wild summer nights in songs like “Best Company.” Macko describes his song writing process as “painfully autobiographical, but therapeutic at the same time.”
His songwriting and music are creating a buzz among A&R reps, producers, publishing companies, indie labels, major record labels and most importantly fans. Zach Macko & Far North released their Sophomore relase "The Doorway" on December 11th, 2007 and are currently planning a tour to support the release.
