The Zachary Burns Band is just singer/guitarist Burns and Drummer Marshall Bertram, but the duo's full-bodied tornado of Blues and Rock has enough inherent power and soulfulness for an octet. up a fireball of riffs one moment and slinking along on a
juiced-up Soul groove the next. Though “rockin’ Indie Blues
duo” likely conjures thoughts of a couple of other band
names immediately, don’t be fooled — with Roots, Folk
and Country Blues also surging through its veins, the ZBB’s
volatile, muscular fusion is a distinct blend.
