Saving The Orphan

"Saving The Orphan" was formed when four young guys in high school, with completely different musical tastes and influences came together at a jam session at a friends home one summer day in Mililani Hawaii. It became apparent rather quickly to everyone there that they had stumbled onto something quite interesting and exciting. Drawing on such diverse influences as Classic Rock, Punk Pop, Indie Rock, Metal and Alternative Rock they soon realized that it was the differences in their styles that was the key to creating the sound that is now "Saving The Orphan". They were writing original songs right from the start, with all band members contributing to the creative process. The songs just seemed to continue to pour out. Their songs address the universal questions common to all young adults. Questions of life, death, love, spiritualism and yet remain optimistic, with some profound insights as well. Although highly talented they remain extremely approachable and humble as individuals and are a real joy to work with, willing to play anywhere, anytime with an infectious attitude of fun and excitement thats palpable.
