It’s pretty rare for a standard three-piece band to really stand out after the days of Nirvana, Sublime, Meat Puppets, The Police, and countless other power trios that have set the bar for rock music over the years. You can tell these guys really nailed down the tone on their instruments and worked hard to make their set tight and fluid. - Livication Media
Tell us more about the current song you are promoting to everyone.
“Divinity” has always been a crowd and personal band favorite. It’s starts off with a nice ghostly minor riff and fades in heavily with cymbals and explodes into a B minor palm mute on the rhythm guitar. The length of the song is probably the shortest compared to the others in our repertoire, but it’s very catchy. Nothing difficult, just really fun to play. - Warped Magazine
As one-third of power trio Woodland Ave., Kevin Dao regularly relies on just two other guys to propel original tunes like “Circus” and “Free Desires” for the band’s loyal following at places like North Star Bar, Trocadero, Whitpain Tavern and Peppers. - The Times Herald
