"Outstanding Achievement In Songwriting" in Adult Contemporary song category. - Great American Song Contest
"Her lyrics are economical and very muscular, with rhymes often delivered in staccato couplets. The instrumentation is simple and unadorned, her evocative acoustic guitar occasionally blended with keyboards, drums or bass, the odd electric guitar flourish. Front and center is Fuller’s voice, which caresses each melody like a wrapper on candy. She manages to evoke Joni Mitchell without sounding like Mitchell, or Rickie Lee Jones without mimicking Jones. Her supple voice moves quickly and easily through a range of styles including jazz, folk and rock, often in the same song, sometimes in the same chorus. The title track exemplifies this. Lyrically, the fully arranged “Why We Can’t Agree” manages to reconcile pathos and playfulness in a very disarming and surprising way." Reviewer: Bruce Menin, Indie-In Tune, Music review

"Victoria Fuller has the pure, sweet vocals of a folk singer, but on her full-length debut, Small Moments, she leans more toward light jazz and easy listening. Fuller’s observations on various romantic entanglements are to the point. She’s most effective on songs with strong melodies, like the bouncing pop of “Why Can’t We Agree” and the acoustic-based “Best Friend."
