Tyler Filmore

Tyler Filmore is a twenty-four year old singer, songwriter, and performer whose incurable passion for music led him to take the plunge to move to Nashville right after his college graduation. Originally from Wildwood, Missouri, Tyler had been actively involved in choirs and bands since a young age, but it wasnt until he formed his band FILMORE while attending the University of Missouri that Tyler realized he wanted to make music his lifes ambition. By double-majoring in both music
and business, Tyler was well-equipped to book, manage and lead his band. FILMOREs engaging sound and intricate harmonies were an instant hit with the college crowd and they embarked on a steady tour schedule that has lasted three years and going strong. In addition to the success of FILMORE, Tyler has been hard at work as a solo artist, pushing himself to new heights as a songwriter and vocalist. Tylers influences draw from genres to create unique melodies crafted around honest lyrics. The result is a distinct country sound, with rock, pop, and even R&B peppered throughout.
In 2012, Tyler was sponsored by Chevrolet and represented St. Loius in the nationwide Chevy Music Showcase. His band also represented Nashville, placing Top 10 in the nation in the Bud Light Battle of the Bands that same year.
