Travis Nilan

Travis Nilan is quickly emerging as a must-see artist in the New York scene. Combining catchy, unforgettable melodies with his intricate, upbeat arrangements and 3-part harmonies, Travis writes some top-notch, pop-rock songs. His debut EP, "These Are The Days", is an excellent showcase of his songwriting and vocal skills.
While based in New York City, Travis began his career in the always-booming music scene of New Brunswick, New Jersey, as a member of the popular Funk-Rock-Pop band, WUPA. His four years with the band exposed him to high-energy shows, genre-bending setlists, and tight harmonies - elements that he would eventually build upon and transform into his own unique sound.
Having played in venues from The Red Square in Burlington, VT to The Stony Pony in Asbury Park, NJ, 2012 was focused on Travis' growing fan base in the New York area. Making a name for himself at respected venues such as The Bitter End, The Living Room, Rockwood Music Hall and Brooklyn's Knitting Factory, his 2013 release of "These Are The Days" is an important milestone in exposing him beyond the Hudson River.
