"During the last 25 years, there have been so many obscure, one-named pop and dance divas that they could probably all live together in their own separate society. Though many of these performers are faceless and forgettable, Tia is something of an exception. Possessing a solid if not overly distinctive singing voice and an equally solid crew of backing support, she lays down a great and surprisingly diverse set of songs here. She excels on shimmering ballads such as "I'll Be With U," "Right Now," and "Shallow" as well as the catchy dance number "As I Watch U Dance," and she also shows a more ethereal side of herself on alternative-tinged tracks like "R U Real" and "I've Got To Have You." - Amazon

"I was a DJ back when the song Slip N' Slide came out. The second I heard it, I was hooked. I ran out and bought the CD. I even made my first college music video to the song. Good times.
The disc includes the single Slip N' Slide, a club remix (which is a bit racier), and great songs like "As I Watch you Dance" and "I go to town" that will get you up on your feet. There are a few slow songs on here, such as "Just in Time" as well. There is a good variety of music overall.
If I remember correctly, her record label was an Australian company. Looking around on Australian sites, you may come across the CD. If you can find it, and you enjoy the early 90's club and dance sound, this CD is for you. " - Tia Review

"For those of you who have not heard this wonderful vocalist then I suggest you search High and Low for a copy of what is now my favourite album. I've got a copy on cassette and I wish I had the original in my collection. Tia has the sweetest voice that i've heard and is a major talent. I do not have a favourite track, but would seriously suggest that anyone reading this should do their best to find out more about Tia." - Amazon
"Tia is a beautiful blond, green eyed girl but I swear there's a big 'ole black woman inside of her --that voice - once you hear it, your instantly knocked out. She recieved more votes than anyone combined at the voting party. She's definitely one to watch."
