songwriting awards in the last few yrs.. Cormier's new CD, "Shot of Expression", debuts April 16th. 2010. This C/D features nine original songs that touch on the romantic complexities of life. The upbeat, melodious and hook-driven tunes feature the artist's three-octave mezzo-soprano voice and flowing keyboards. Sometimes described as "earthy" and "real". Her unpredictable, cutting-edge sound is enhanced with percussion, bass and cello, to give her album a unique vibe.
