The Revies formed over 10 years ago in Monterrey, Mexico and is currently based in Los Angeles, CA. As such, the band is borderless and has toured around the U.S. and Mexico several times, playing in large festivals like Rockodromo Mty and Hellow Fest, and notorious venues such as The Troubadour and Whiskey A-Go-Go. The band lineup is Etienne Rosas on vocals, Carlos Rosas on bass, James Syme on drums, and Keith Snow on electric cello.
The band's musical style is characterized by a mix of classic rock with grunge and Brit-rock influences, with a dash of Latin rock flavor and lyrics in both English and Spanish. Since 2009, the band has recorded 4 LPs under the production of Bucho Montfort (Division Minuscula, José Madero), including the latest material "Heartwoken LP", which was warmly received by LA and Monterrey audiences. Currently, the band is adding finishing touches to their latest EP titled "Ill Ego" which was recorded at the legendary 4th Street Recording Studio and produced by Sejo Navajas. "Ill Ego" is aimed for release in April 2020.
