Formed in April 2010, The Very Worst features tunes drawing from alternative/post rock/ambient genres. With a big sound produced by our 3 musicians and the intricate intertwining of guitar and synth, all driven by complex drum beats, The Very Worst has a wide range of audience members, both in age and musical taste, and have been met with consistent approval throughout the Denver/Boulder music scene.
Our influences span the spectrum of indie/emo/alternative rock, and include Explosions in the Sky, Death Cab for Cutie, Band of Horses, Matt Pond PA, Joan of Arc, Sunny Day Real Estate, Sigur Ros and many more.
