For me, C.H.R.I.S. (Coordinating Higher Riches Infinitely Shining) represents a different layer of hip hop in Pittsburgh. His intelligent lyrics offer a personal testimony of life in the Steel City. He released Daydreams of a Sleepwalker in May and is currently working on his next mixtape Lyrical Exercise 101 which is scheduled to drop very soon. Check him out in “Different”

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA Phresh LaRosa of only 19 years of age has
accomplished so much for himself as an artist. He has built a strong fan base on
the West Coast by performing and landing several radio interviews. Though he
hasn’t really been exposed to the Cali area they are LOVING his music! Phresh
LaRosa is an independant artist that is affiliated with Nu Blood Entertainment in effort to get
his career going.
Currently getting air play in both Pittsburgh and Vegas the young artist is on his
grind to get his name and his talent out there!
His controversial track King raised eyebrows as people took it as a diss track to Wiz Khalifa
but there is no bad tension between them and they’ll be doing a track in due time.

Phresh LaRosa is an artist from Pittsburgh, PA. Born and Raised. Phresh began doing music when he was 8yrs old, and found out it was his love fast. Phresh is now 19yrs young living in Pittsburgh. He has done radio interviews, and multiple shows in the city of Pittsburgh building a dominant name for him self. Recently being noticed by Nu Blood Entertainment, a record label out of St. Louis.
Phresh LaRosa has his first BIG concert June 26, 2010 in East St. Louis. Expecting 8,000 people in attendance as well as nationally viewed online, (link will be given at later date). Frank Holten St. Park is the exact location, the concert is at Noon-6pm with out performances as well.

Born, and raised in Pittsburgh, PA., Phresh learned about hustling, music and working hard at a young age. The rough surroundings of crime and gangs in Pittsburgh has molded Phresh into a strong individual, and gave him the necessary experience to share the struggles of what many people face. After his initial dream of college didn't materialize, he discovered his passion for hip-hop at an early age. With his eyes clearly set on his new goal, he began laying out the foundation for his success by performing shows throughout Pittsburgh and the northeastern & mid Atlantic region. Coming from the mid Atlantic, a region that has produced super stars producers, Mel-Man, and hip-hop artist J Sands, Wiz Khalifa, and famous for its unique lifestyle, Phresh embodies what many mid Atlantic rap fans love hip-hop, while at the same time displaying a versatility that makes him appealing to hip-hop fans across the world. His debut mixtape "Daydreams of a Sleepwalker" earned him genuine credibility on the flourishing Pittsburgh music scene, displaying a very personal testimony with heavy Steel-City influence. Chris raises the bar when it comes to independent local Hip Hop artists. In one year, CHRIS has established himself as a respectable lyricist on the caliber of many mainstream favorites.
