Mid-American Sex-Metal Band DEAD II ME Releases 6-Song, Self-Titled
EP, Radio, Interview and Tour Dates.



DEAD II ME from Youngstown, Ohio has released show dates and radio interview information in support of their new Self-Titled, 6 song EP. Show dates kick off in Cleveland Ohio at legendary Peabody’s Down under on May 5 and in Youngstown Ohio at Barleys Pub on May 13. In Cleveland, Dead II ME will accompany MUSHROOMHEAD and HED PE on THE HEAD to HED TOUR. In Youngstown, they will be joined by Noise Auction for an intimate local release show. Radio interviews kicked off April 17 via The Homegrown Show with Viking Jim of Youngstown Rock on 93.3 FM / www.wncd.com, with a PODCAST Release to follow on the next weekend. DEAD II ME will appear on The Jay Evans Show via www.rookeryradio.com on May 2 at 7:00PM.

DEAD II ME is fronted by Kal-El and showcases the talents of Hollywood, Adam Phoenix, Keith Kelly and Beau Conner. All members are from the Youngstown/Warren Ohio Area and are well seasoned, as they have been creating underground, independent Metal for more than a decade. Previous projects include CYRUS and FUNNY, both of which gained National and much local attention during the first half of The Millennium. Collectively, the members of DEAD II ME have shared stages with some of the finest in the industry including; MUSHROOMHEAD, NONPOINT, NORMA JEAN, SILENT CIVILIAN, STICK TO YOUR GUNS, GLASSJAW, 3 DOORS DOWN, GODSMACK, TANTRIC, LAMB of GOD, STP, INCUBUS, DOPE, PRIMER 55, GWAR, AMEN, SOULFLY, SLAVES on DOPE, A PERFECT CIRCLE, BELLA DONNA, DAVID LEE ROTH, BLUE OYSTER CULT and MICHAEL ANGELO BATIO.

DEAD II ME is fresh out of Conquistador and Tune Town Studios, and recently finished up shows with Norma Jean, Stick to your Guns and Silent Civilian. They performed at THE GACHI SAVES JAPAN SHOW on April 30 at Wedgewood Ramps Skate Park in Austintown Ohio, helping multiple bands reach a $5,000 goal for Japan Earthquake and Tsunami Relief. They are currently focusing on their EP release with a full album release and self funded tour to follow shortly after.

DEAD II ME is trying to reach as many fans as possible to spread a positive message despite the darkness of the band name. The message is explained perfectly by front man Kal-El, “DEAD II ME means to leave that which is trivial behind and embrace your future.” Basically, you control your destiny. DEAD II ME are considered sex-metal by genre and back that up with a sharp image and intoxicating sound, leaving fans in a world not of this realm.
