The Ize

In the summer of 2009, four young men decided to combine their musical prowess. Under the name "Something Social" they recorded songs, and played shows which garnered them a cult following. Sadly, school would hurl them into hiatus. Nothing but time holding them apart, they continued to write throughout the year with high hopes of reuniting in the summer. And so, in 2010, with the addition of a new member, and a brand new sound, it seemed fitting to assume a new name. Thus, The Ize were born. The group played rigorously throughout the summer at venues such as The Opera House in Toronto and gained a stronger following with raving personal reviews. With a single CD on the way The Ize are continuously building and hoping to reach more people this upcoming spring and summer.
