Bio
Born into a city known for its powerful and thriving music scene, The Heavy Heavies have taken a different sonic approach. The Burlington-based band combines hiphop rhythms with jazz progressions and pop hooks to create a unique sound that fans of Antonio Jobim to Biggie can enjoy. Though only being a band for the later part of 2013, the members (ex We Are Bravest and Remedy) have already released a music video for their single "I Hope This Is Right", a 6 song EP entitled Big Wave, as well as joining artists like J.Cole, Down With Webster, Shad, Classified, USS and Sonreal on dates throughout Southern Ontario.
